Through Health Coaching, I can efficiently and empathically help you to optimise your health and your body joy. We identify your symptoms and the root causes. I then recommend natural treatment options, often the right dietary composition and natural supplements, and of course I provide you with useful tools to identify your bad habits and replace them with healthier and more constructive habits.

We all know that a carrot is healthier than a chocolate bar. The challenge is to implement that knowledge in our everyday lives. Guiding you in the process of habit changing is one of my core competencies. And believe me, it’s not just about willpower and “pulling yourself together”!
